Privacy policy – Portal Insight for Jira Service Management

Effective date: 11 October 2026.

This policy explains what the Portal Insight app ("the app") for Atlassian Jira Service Management Cloud, published by NoxDevelopment ("we"), does with data.

Summary

The app runs entirely on Atlassian's Forge platform. It reads data from your site only to display it on your customer portal, stores nothing but its configuration, and sends nothing to us or to any third party. We cannot see your data.

Data the app stores in your site

Data Purpose
For each configured service desk: its ID, whether the assignee is shown, the IDs of the fields shown and the link mode Deciding what the portal panel shows

The app stores no issue content, names, e-mail addresses, account IDs or any other personal data.

Data the app reads and displays

When someone opens a request on the portal, the app:

  1. checks, with that person's permissions, that they can view the request;
  2. reads only the fields an administrator enabled for that service desk, the assignee's display name if enabled, and linked issues if enabled;
  3. sends display-ready text to that person's browser.

Nothing read in this way is stored or logged.

Where the data lives and for how long

Personal data

The app does not store personal data. It displays the assignee's display name to portal users only when an administrator enables that option.

Data we receive

None from the app. If you contact support by e-mail, we receive what you send us and use it only to answer your request. We keep support e-mails for up to 24 months.

Your rights and contact

Data in your site belongs to your organisation and is managed by your Jira administrators. For questions about this policy, write to support@687.monster.
